In a recent case of 𝐔𝐏𝐀𝐊𝐀𝐑𝐌𝐀 𝐀𝐘𝐔𝐑𝐕𝐄𝐃𝐀 𝐏𝐑𝐈𝐕𝐀𝐓𝐄 𝐋𝐈𝐌𝐈𝐓𝐄𝐃 (𝐩𝐥𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐟𝐟) 𝐯. 𝐑𝐀𝐒𝐀𝐘𝐀𝐍𝐔𝐌 𝐄𝐍𝐓𝐄𝐑𝐏𝐑𝐈𝐒𝐄𝐒 (𝐝𝐞𝐟𝐞𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐧𝐭), the Delhi High Court recently, granted an injunction in favour of the plaintiff, restraining the defendant from using the similar background colour in their product packaging.
